What is KANTAERA®?

Kantaera® brings a whole new feeling to your life. A combination of traditional Asian techniques and lively dance music, it cannot fail to enthuse.

The concentrated program of martial arts and dance brings increased balance and movement. Dynamically agile co-ordination supports your cardio-vascular system and stimulates energy use. The incorporated stretching pauses round off the physical and mental aspects of the programme.


Why KANTAERA®?

The integration of the various elements into a dynamic workout provides a new challenge and an alternative to previous fitness courses.

KANTAERA® is a varied course of training which serves to improve fitness levels whilst preventing injury and improving your general well-being. 

With its smooth transitions and the low level of strain which it places on the joints of participants of all ages, the course of training is ideally suited to beginners.  

With 128 BPM, KANTAERA®Training is less intense than normal aerobic training.


Who provides KANATERA®?

KANTAERA® is only provided by those professional health and fitness studios that place great emphasis on the needs of their members.

Courses of KANTAERA® training are only taught by highly qualified and licensed trainers who have undergone special and intensive training in the KANTAERA® SPORTS Academy.

As a health and fitness studio, you are not liable for any licence fees. The use of all names and titles depends on the level of qualification of your instructors. KANTAERA® is recognized by all statutory health insurers as a prophylactic course within the scope of “movement to promote the cardio-vascular functions”

As a method of quality assurance, your trainers participate in annual courses of further training provided by KANTAERA® SPORTS.
